12 May

For those who do not already know, my passion and calling life is worship ministry. I am currently a worship leader at Church on the Rock and plan on continuing to be a worship leader for the years to come. There are many worship leaders that I follow on Twitter. Here are a few of my favorites.

  1. Rick Pino. |twitter| |website|
Rick Pino is the founder of Fire Rain Ministries. He is an incredible worship leader in Dallas, Texas. He has quite a few cd’s out and even has a ministry school for those who feel called into the ministry. He leads conferences that focus on worship, prayer, and intercession. I like following him because it is interesting to stay updated on his life and what is going on with his ministry.
  2. Brian Johnson |twitter| |website|
Brian Johnson is a worship leader at Bethel Church in Redding, California. He has written many incredible songs that are sung in churches all across the country. He tweets a lot about the things going on in his life, but he also sends out some very inspirational tweets as well. I actually hope to be a part of an internship through his ministry next summer.
  3. Jenn Johnson |twitter| |website|
Jenn is the wife of Brian Johnson. She is also a worship leader at Bethel Church in California, and plays a large role in writing songs with her husband. I love Jenn Johnson’s voice and her music in general. She is a person whom I strive to be like. It’s awesome to see her go from tweeting about the love she has for her family, to tweeting about the love she has for the Lord. She has incredible balance.
  4. Jabin Chavez |twitter| |website|
Jabin Chavez is both a youth pastor and worship minister at The Church at South Las Vegas. He went to Christ for the Nations Institution, which is a school I have been looking into as well. He helps put together conferences and leads worship at them. I love his tweets. He makes a lot of points that I never even think of. He is a great follow for sure.
  5. Kimberly Jones |twitter| |website|
Kim Jones is a motivational speaker and a worship pastor. She is probably my favorite person to follow on Twitter. She is my favorite woman to follow on Twitter at least. She tweets all throughout the day, and the tweets are always inspirational. I have learned so much just by following Kim Jones on Twitter. Her tweets motivate me to go harder and chase after my dreams.
  6. Kim Walker |twitter| |website|
I absolutely love Kim Walker. She is in the worship band Jesus Culture. Her voice is amazing, and her passion blows my mind. I strive to become a woman like Kim Walker. I sing her songs a lot in church actually. She is also has a ministry called Only Love Remains. Kim Walker has committed her whole life to serving and worshiping Christ, and that is exactly what I want to do.
  7. Misty Edwards |twitter| |website|
Words cannot describe how incredible Misty Edwards is. She is a worship leader at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO. Misty Edwards has quite a few cd’s out. Her music is sung all across America. I got the chance to see her this new years. Attending her worship sets was one of the most incredible experiences of my life. Her passion is worship and prayer, and that is so inspiring. I love the quotes and song lyrics that she includes in her tweets.
  8. Jeremy Riddle |twitter| |website|
Jeremy Riddle is another worship leader in Redding, California. He has his own cd out and leads some incredible worship. I love following him on Twitter. He posts some tweets that have me laughing, then he will post tweets that will have me thinking. I love when he tweets points made directly for worship leaders. He is a good follow.
  9. Carissa Hughes |twitter| |website|
Carissa Hughes used to lead worship at my church, Church on the Rock. She is now at a church in Florida. I love Carissa because she has such a sweet voice and lives to worship God. She released a cd last year. She is a very real and genuine person who is passionate about what she does. I have always admired her. She does quite a few retweets of inspirational quotes, but also tweets some very strong points of her own.
  10. Gabriel Allred |twitter| |website|
I have saved the best for last. My all time favorite person to follow on Twitter is Gabriel Allred, and he just so happens to be an incredible worship leader. Gabriel came from Christ of the Nations Institution in Dallas, Texas. This school is what helped get his name out. I could listen to Gabriel Allred’s worship music all day long, and I have before. He posts multiple tweets that are specifically for worship leaders. I have learned a lot from some of his tweets. His tweets have even sparked inspiration in me sometimes. Gabriel Allred is defninitely a favorite of mine.
